Terms & Conditions

  • The minimum deposit amount is $200 and applies to all bookings.The full amount quoted for your bus hire is payable in cash only on the day of your booking, when your bus arrives.Your driver will return your deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the bus at the end of your journey.
  • Alcohol consumption and Smoking on any bus in WA is illegal. If the hire or their guests are found to be drinking alcohol or smoking on the bus at any time, the driver has the right, at his discretion, to terminate the charter with total moneys paid and Deposit Bond NOT to be refunded.
  • Drivers can be fined if pulled over and result in loss of licence. Fines can be issued to any or all passengers by the police at any time. There is also the risk of the company losing its charter licence. We will not be held responsible for any fines issued and you will be held responsible for the actions of your guests.
  • Damage to the bus by you or your guests (this includes unpleasant conditions e.g. Vomit) may result in termination of the booking and lose of Deposit/bond Bust A Move will take action to recover the costs.
  • Bond/Deposit will not be refunded if any object exits the bus windows while stationary or moving.
  • If your booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will NOT be refunded.
  • Bustamove will allow 15 minutes from booking time for all patrons to board the bus at the commencement of a transfer and 15 minutes for patrons to depart the finish time of a tour. If the bus does not depart past the 15 minute departure time bustamove reserves the right to charge the customer standing time of $40 for 15 minute increments which can be deducted from the initial deposit/bond by the driver.
