Pub crawl bus hire cost (All our Buses are 45 seats)

3 x Venue Friday pub crawl      - $800.

2 x Venue Friday pub crawl      - $700.

3 x Venue Saturday pub crawl – $900

2 x Venue Saturday pub crawl – $770.

Pub crawl venues

You can choose venues that are not on our route. All of the pubs on our routes offer free entry. We’ll endeavour to book all venues and inform pub staff prior before the start of your pub crawl. Our suggested pub crawl routes have been strategically selected for convenience and maximum fun. Bigger venues can usually admit larger groups on arrival, without long queuing and waiting for bar service. Please note that certain venues don’t accept pub crawls and some have time restrictions.

Music, lights, party time!

For an awesome party atmosphere, all of our party buses feature 45 seats and the latest multi-coloured LED lights and a state-of-the-art Pioneer surround sound audio system with 11 speakers and three massive subwoofers. You’re welcome to bring your own music – our stereos take CDs, iPods, iPhones and USB.

Bus hire deposit

To secure your bus hire booking, you’ll need to pay a minimum $200 deposit/bond as soon as you’ve made your booking, the full amount quoted is payable on arrival of the bus. Your driver will return your deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the bus at the end of your trip. If your booking is cancelled, the deposit won’t be refunded.Payment Options

Pub crawl pick-up and drop off

We can pick you up from any location in the Perth metropolitan area, whether it’s your home, a pub or a restaurant. Our pub crawls finish in Northbridge, Perth City, Subiaco and Burswood Casino.

Alcohol

Because of alcohol consumption laws in WA, drinking alcohol on any bus is illegal and carries hefty fines. Under Section 119(4a) of the Liquor Control Act 1988, you can be fined $200 on the spot or have to pay a max of $2,000. See our Terms and Conditions for more details. All of our venues are reasonably close to each other, so you won’t be without a drink for too long.

Pub crawl times

The time you spend at each pub can vary, but it’s usually between one and one and a half hours. Our standard pick-up time is 7:30pm and drop-off time is 11:30pm. These times are flexible but cannot be after 11:30pm because of the 12am pub closing rush. It’s a good idea to get to your pub/club before midnight so you don’t have wait in long queues.

Identification

Please let all your guests know that photo ID is absolutely essential, regardless of age. Many venues now have ID scanners and your guests won’t get into licensed premises without proper ID.Bust-a-Move takes no responsibility for refused entry to venues for any reason, including intoxication, public urination, absence of  identification and unacceptable behaviour.

Hens Pub Crawls

We’d be happy to organise a hens pub crawl for you or your friend. Apart from pubs, some popular hens party options include Bobbi’s Pole Studio , Top Shelf Entertainment and Dreamland Karaoke Restaurant . We can also stop for photos at the Bell Tower or in Kings Park.
