Wine tour start and finish times

Our wine tours run from 11am to 5pm. We’ll be happy to adjust start and finish times to suit your wine tour, and can extend your tour for an extra cost of $140 per hour.

Lunch

Plan your lunch venue with the winery of your choice, there are many amazing winery’s in the Swan Valley to choose from, we have selected a few below that we recommend or visit the Swan Valley website for winery details and more information. You’re welcome bring water on-board the bus, however, any other drinks and food must be in an esky and can only be consumed outside of the bus. Ask us about good picnic spots in the SwanValley.

The Swan Valley is home to many award-winning wineries that are open seven days a week throughout the year. Wine tour bus hire deposit

To secure your bus hire booking, you’ll need to pay a minimum $200 deposit/bond as soon as you’ve made your booking, the full amount is payable on arrival of the bus. Your driver will return your deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the bus at the end of your trip. If your booking is cancelled, the deposit won’t be refunded.Payment Options

Alcohol

Because of alcohol consumption laws in WA, drinking alcohol on any bus is illegal and carries hefty fines. Under Section 119(4a) of the Liquor Act.All of our venues are reasonably close to each other, so you won’t be without a drink for too long. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Music

All of our 45 seat wine tour buses feature a state-of-the-art Pioneer surround sound audio system with 11 speakers and three massive subwoofers. You’re welcome to bring your own music – our stereos take CDs, USB, we supply the adapters for iPods and iPhones.

A great way to experience the region’s wonders is to follow the award-winning Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail – a scenic loop taking in some of Western Australia’s (WA) finest wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, cafés, arts and crafts and fresh produce.

As well as holding the title as the State’s oldest wine growing region, the Swan Valley is home to many of Western Australia’s (WA) award-winning wineries. Notable wine varieties range from speciality whites such as Verdelho, full-bodied reds and some of the world’s finest fortified wines.

Spring in the Valley: During October it has always been one of the best times of the year to visit the Swan Valley. There is an abundance of activity on offer, the weather is lovely and the vines are blooming. While much of the focus at festivals is on food and wine, Perth’s Swan Valley also plays host to an amazing variety of events throughout the year. You can experience intimate live music recitals, theatre, outdoor music concerts, sporting events and art exhibitions. This October, the Swan Valley will host a ‘new look’ Spring in the Valley. This exciting month long festival format will attract an even broader mix of people to build on this very popular festival that already attracts over 60,000 people to the Swan Valley each year.

This fantastic new program will be the perfect show case for the region’s very best food, wine, beer, and art as well as family activities. This festival format is aimed at allowing everyone the opportunity to come and really enjoy the Swan Valley and experience what it has to offer.
